MADE IN CINCINNATI FORMICA MURALS
Artists Curtis Goldstein and Matt Lynch will talk about how they created the vibrant 7½-foot-square Formica mosaic murals that hang outside of the Fath Auditorium. Using the artist Winold Reiss’ Cincinnati Union Terminal murals as a point of departure, these recently created mosaics depict important industries in Cincinnati today. The Women’s Committee purchased the Rookwood Pottery mural for the museum’s permanent collection (last year with Holiday Market funds).
